The team of the German-Ukrainian Jurisprudential Dialogue NGO and the Scientific German Law Center presented the German-Ukrainian Legal Database - GULD on November 2, 2018 in the red building of National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv.

GULD was developed by an interdisciplinary German-Ukrainian team supported by of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany (within the Ukrainian-German Year of Languages 2017-2018).This database provides verified and consolidated Ukrainian translations of German legal concepts and professional comments to terms and translations. This resource is needed for specialists from all sectors involved in the process of implementation of the "Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union" as well as in the administrative and judicial reforms.

On June 16 and 17, 2018, the German-Ukrainian workshop on the German-Ukrainian on-line database of legal terminology was held.

This database will provide verified and consolidated Ukrainian translations of German legal concepts and professional comments to terms and translations. This resource is needed for specialists from all sectors involved in the process of implementation of the "Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union" as well as in the administrative and judicial reforms. This database will become a source of special knowledge for science and educational purposes, and finally will provide mass media and all Ukrainian citizens with access to understandable legal information. Another advantage of this resource is the possibility of its continuous expansion and improvement, thanks to the tools for submitting changes and suggestions from registered professional users.

Im Rahmen des deutsch-ukrainischen Sprachenjahres 2017/2018 erarbeitet der "Deutsch-ukrainische rechtswissenschaftliche Dialog" e.V. (http://rechtsdialog.org/de/) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Zentrum des deutschen Rechts (http://zdr.knu.ua) der Juristischen Fakultät der Nationalen Taras-Schewtschenko-Universität Kiew, sowie mehreren deutschen Partnerinstitutionen das Projekt „Datenbank für deutsche Rechtsterminologie in ukrainischer Sprache“, die zu einer umfassenden Quelle für die ukrainische Übersetzung deutscher juristischer Terminologie mit Erklärungen werden soll. Die Datenbank wird auf der Abschlussveranstaltung des deutsch-ukrainischen Sprachenjahres, voraussichtlich im September 2018, präsentiert und unter http://rechtsdialog.org/de/ öffentlich zugänglich gemacht.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

we are NGO German-Ukrainian Jujurisprudential Dialogue which is supported by the Centre of German Law of Taras Shevchenko National University, planning to create a multilingual juridical terminology database.

We refer to software developers to get a commercial offer which will meet our requirements.

To create and manage terminology database we need the following functions:

• creating and managing multilingual termbases,
• creating the structure of termbases on demand,
• normal search, fuzzy search and full text search,
• reorganization of the created termbases,
• online publication of created termbases using the created filters,
• online access to terminology resources for users which do not have TMS,
• managing of access rights depending on user access permission roles, for example: terminologist, editor, translator, expert, guest;
• communication between term base administrator and besides users excepting the users with the status "guest";
  - data migration:
  - import of terminology information into TMS from excel or word tables
  - export of termbase with created or modified filters
  - export terminology resources in different formats: TBX, html, list spell checker, word dictionary etc.

We would be very grateful for your commercial offer. Also, we would like you take into account that we are not commercial organization and would not use the terminology resources for commercial purposes.
